Life Hacks: Some Important things you must do to avoid regrets in old age
We all heard it in one or the other point that life should be lived as if you were going to live up to 100. But most of us will never live to see that age, so now is the time to start living your life the way you want to avoid regret later on.
Here are five (5) things you should do to avoid regret in old age:
1. Start of a family business
Having a family business can bring more benefits than normal work in the long run. It can provide the basis for your personal, social and financial growth. But more importantly, it will ensure you and your family during your retirement. Of course, this does not mean that you should go and start a family business just to make children support support. Rather, get a good feeling for your children's needs and create a business plan that meets their requirements. And when it is time to make a decision, give them the opportunity to decide to become part of the decision -making process.
The idea is that basically because of their business, they are waiting for them to retire. This business idea, if properly done, will certainly change your family's life for the better.
I have this one on my bucket list, desperately starting a business that will not only serve my immediate needs, but also the one that survives me. Now that I am at the age of 40, I should really work to create a family business and get my wife and children to help it run it. And also teach children the basics of business and business. I want my kids to be proud to make their father well.
2. Live a healthy lifestyle
This is one of the most important things we can do to expand our lives. We know that the right diet and exercises are one of the simplest and most effective ways to expand our lives. By keeping our bodies in optimal shape, you are guaranteed to have much more energy and be able to work more. Once you get older, you will have more time and energy to do what you want and like or to engage in enjoyable growth activities.
This is one area of my life to which I pay more attention to recently. I have created a place for eating and exercise. It is not easy, but nothing is impossible. As you get in exercise mode, time calibrate. You will develop necessary energy, and can develop a more frequent practice. I also found helpful to set small, achievable goals, such as running a mile per day, or taking a stop walk, to something you can do.
3. Save for retirement
This is one aspect that is very scary and very personal. We are not talking much about planning retirement. Many of us have heard that some people say you should save for retirement when you are young, and then it's easy to save when you're older. In this way you would have enough money when you are older.
That's another reason why it is better to live life as we always wanted. It is possible that your financial situations may change during your life and you would have to change the way you approach your financial planning. I am not saying that you have to completely change your investment strategy, but at least you should reduce the exposure to more risky investments.
It is not that I know the amount of money I need in my old age, but to have enough money in a safe place from the needs of the present and to know that I will be able to retire is two important things for me. At the end of the day we must be able to look back and say that we lived our lives to the fullest. So it is good to avoid situations you can now avoid. If you do not do so, you can regret it in the future and you cannot experience the life you deserve.
4. Build or buy your own house before
Now it is a very controversial topic, but when it comes to life, it depends on only two things. The first is what you do with your life. You don't have to have the money to be happy, but you must have a life that you enjoy and you can be proud. And two are whether you have your own house.
One of the best things about the construction of your own house is that you can afford to take care of your family much better, especially if your children are not yet at school, and do not need many other expenses before building a house. Having your own home is also one of the best investments that you can make in your life, so do not slip on it.
5. Invest in yourself and your families
By investing in yourself and your family, I do not say that you have to buy Mercedes Benz or something. I think you have to take care of your health, your children and even your parents. Even if you cannot prevent them from dying, if you take care of them, you can reduce the extent of their suffering. The sooner you take care of yourself, the better it will be for you in the long run.
The benefits of investing in yourself and your family can be in different forms. Your health can be your best investment if you take good care of yourself. The better your health, the longer you live and the more productive you become in your career or business. Your children and family are your other investments. They are rarer than all material things in this world and deserve your full attention, love and respect.
Investing in you and your family will not only make you a better parent, wife, son or daughter, but will also make you a model for your child who will learn from you. If you are financially stable, financially independent and you have enough money to give them their needs and even wishes, your child's growth is guaranteed to be successful. Your husband most likely gives you his best because he knows that he will be financially guaranteed at a possible disadvantage.

STOPI know many people who regret a few things. I'm 54 years old and it almost feels like time is running away. If I don't certain things now when will I do it? I often hear that some people want to do these things when they are retired but they don't because they are to old at that point or sick. Start living now and enjoy your life.
