If there are any food products that strike fear into the minds of nutritionists then probably one of the first places will be various kinds of sausages bought in the golubas department of the store.
I must admit that I really love sausages and they are almost always on my table but yes the purchased product does not always correspond to what we call the word "delicious".
I think that the correct starting point in the taste weighing of quality will be childhood memories when sausages were made according to strict standards and now you can definitely find horns and hooves there at best but when you want to eat a sandwich with sausage you don't think about it.
As an option you can make sausage yourself but if you want to try dry-cured sausage of your own making in the hope that I can achieve the same taste without its enhancers and stabilizers without nitrite salt and other chemicals, then it will not work but you can rest assured that we have chosen select meat and lard for making sausage.
