Splinterlands

Today I went to PeakMonsters and was pleasantly surprised to see that card prices have risen. My @rentmoney collection consist of mainly Beta Cards and early Reward cards with some hundreds of Alpha's. There's some UNTAMED and CHAOS in there to. Going by my collection alone I have noticed at least a 5% increase in card market prices. As for the list value that number is always up and down. I have a handful of very rare cards like an ALPHA Gold Dragon. There's currently zero of them on the market. If I were to list the one I have for sale for $500 anyone who is holding the same card list value will go up by $500. Same is true if I listed my ALPHA Gold Dragon for $10,000 - everyone who holds one will see the list value of their card collection increase $10,000. So while the LIST value of our card collection is interesting it's the MARKET VALUE that gives us a more accurate view of what we might be able to sell our cards for on today's open market. The more patient we are - the more likely we are to get the MARKET value or more. Sell cards in a rush and expect less.

The Hive Token

I can't talk about rising value and not speak on the Hive Token. Today's date is 2026-09-05 and at current time one Hive Token will cost you $0.04653 USD. That is a 24hr increase of near 1%. The 24hr trade volume of the Hive Token is 1.62 million. That is a 57.95% decrease from the previous 24hr trade volume. Don't let those numbers fool you. 1.62 million is a decent day at the office as it pertains to 24hr trade volumes for the Hive Token. The 24hr trade volume for the Hive Token can also get allot higher. If we stumble to the in-house HBD-HIVE market we will see the Hive Token trading at 0.047536 HBD per Hive Token. 0.047536 is Last trade price when ignoring one small trade. The current Buy Orders trade value is 0.047406 HBD per one Hive Token. The current Sell Orders trade value is 0.047471 HBD per Hive Token. HBD is short for Hive Back Dollars which is designed to be pegged 1:1 with the USD. It's peg has fluctuations but has been holding up remarkably well. Only HBD:HIVE are traded on Hive's internal market.

I've seen the card prices rising.
I've been trying to max out the old beta summoners in gold but since i've been buying them up one by one the prices keep jumping. I'll have to wait until an OG player wants to dump some to try again.

It's the same for the newer gold as well which have been creeping up slowely.

Good luck with your venture with the summoners.

I imagine if Splinterland gets hot again having a max set will be very valuable.

There isn't many Beta cards out there. Gold summoners are amoung the rarest.
