Guild Brawls With Pizza 2 - Perfect Brawl!

Time flies! Just completed the 260th brawl with my awesome guild, which is none other than Pizza 2 The Deep Dish!

  • Fun In The Discord Chats

Really appreciated the interaction in the Discord chats within the Pizza guilds. During the preparation phase, there's a lot of information sharing and discussion on who to fill each fray. During the brawls, there were reminders to members to complete their brawl battles. And after the brawls, there were celebratory messages and some members (including me) would write about our experience in the brawls. Aside from brawls, I thought the donations were also very well organised and tabulated, with lucky draws to incentivise donors as well.

  • Moving Back To Bronze Fray

Had 5 battles this time and it was not an easy round, especially when they have recently introduced 3 rulesets for each battle. Moreover, I have rented out most of my cards because I was playing lesser these days.

  • We Got 5th!!!

So for the final result, we were 5th out of 8 guilds and got 400 Merits and around 14 SPS! A good bag of SPS! Who knows how much one SPS would go to in this market?

Individually, I had 5 fights this time and I won all 5 of them this time! Finished 1st within the guild. Due to change in format, wins are actually awarded to the players present in the fray if guilds decided to skip the fray. For this round, there were 2 additional wins for me.

Battle 1 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Trapp Falloway

Both teams put out well thought out lineups but Trapp Falloway was just superb in this Melee fight and its high damage output made it much easier to clock Bloodlust and we won the race against time.

Battle 2 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Larissa Kerato

Ah it's Quora Towershead again. I was nervous initially but my opponent made a big mistake. For a battle with Blast in the ruleset, he placed a Taunt card in the middle of the lineup. This meant all the adjacent cards were badly hit. And Larissa Kerato took full advantage of that!

Battle 3 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Liza Fox

This was an extremely intense battle. Back To Basics meant that this was a competition of pure damage output. Both teams were neck to neck and it was really hard to see who had the advantage, but fortunately Ancient Lich was very consistent as Magic damage doesn't miss. And we were able to win by one turn.

Battle 4 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Larissa Kerato

What a masterclass performance by Larissa Kerato. Within the first round, she took out 2 cards already. Easy win in this one!

Gladius Card Used: Sola Ranjell

What a perfect battle to end off this brawl! A very comfortable win as Delwyn Dragonscale boosted the entire team's damage output.
