Guild Brawls With Pizza 2 - Gladius Cards Take The Limelight
Time flies! Just completed the 285th brawl with my awesome guild, which is none other than Pizza 2 The Deep Dish!
- Moving Back To Bronze Fray
Had 7 battles this time and it was not an easy round, especially when they have recently introduced 3 rulesets for each battle. Moreover, I have rented out most of my cards because I was playing lesser these days.
- We Got 8th!!!
So for the final result, we were 8th out of 10 guilds and got 200 Merits and around 6 SPS! Good result!
Individually, I had 7 fights this time and I won 5 of them this time! Finished 3rd within the guild. Due to change in format, wins are actually awarded to the players present in the fray if guilds decided to skip the fray. For this round, there were 2 additional wins for me.
Battle 1 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: Gorth
12 mana battles are always unpredictable and I have my trusty Gorth to take on this difficult task, and Gorth performed above my expectations and dominated this battle.

Battle 2 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: Trapp Falloway
This felt a World Cup Final and it really could turn any way. Was definitely saved by the Magic Reflect, otherwise Trapp Falloway would have a lot of difficult handling two Gladius cards on the opposing team. Fortunately, Trapp Falloway's speed was extremely crucial in ensuring the hits come out first.

Battle 3 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: Larissa Kerato
A perfect 6-0 win! Both teams looked quite evenly matched but the outcome was drastically different largely due to the choice of summoner. With both tanks having Void, the Magic boost damage made a lot of difference.

Battle 4 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: Witch Of Warwick
This is a brawl of Gladius cards. Witch Of Warwick got all the ideal conditions right, getting Martyr boosts, getting Bloodlust at the right moment, and there was no way my opponent could turn this around after that.

Battle 5 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: None
Flying cards will always have a good advantage in Earthquake battles and Redwyrm Dragon did extremely well in this battle, and outlasted everyone else.

Battle 6 - LOSE
Gladius Card Used: Relenor Cleaver and Isgald Vorst
Had a strong lineup but my opponent had better luck with Bloodlust for their Gladius card and I didn't manage to get any. In the end, there was no way to find a way to handle a Bloodlust boosted Gladius card dealing 10 damage a round.

Battle 7 - LOSE
Gladius Card Used: Sola Ranjell
Another Quora Towershead, another loss. Oh well.
MVP: None
So that sums up my 7 battles for this brawl! 71% win rate this time, definitely a good result still! Let's keep fighting PIZZA 2!
