Guild Brawls With Pizza 2 - Back To Winning Ways!

Time flies! Just completed the 262nd brawl with my awesome guild, which is none other than Pizza 2 The Deep Dish!

Fun In The Discord Chats

Really appreciated the interaction in the Discord chats within the Pizza guilds. During the preparation phase, there's a lot of information sharing and discussion on who to fill each fray. During the brawls, there were reminders to members to complete their brawl battles. And after the brawls, there were celebratory messages and some members (including me) would write about our experience in the brawls. Aside from brawls, I thought the donations were also very well organised and tabulated, with lucky draws to incentivise donors as well.

Moving Back To Bronze Fray

Had 6 battles this time and it was not an easy round, especially when they have recently introduced 3 rulesets for each battle. Moreover, I have rented out most of my cards because I was playing lesser these days.

We Got 7th!!!

So for the final result, we were 7th out of 9 guilds and got 350 Merits and around 0 SPS! A good bag of SPS! Who knows how much one SPS would go to in this market?

Individually, I had 6 fights this time and I won 5 of them this time! Finished 3rd within the guild. Due to change in format, wins are actually awarded to the players present in the fray if guilds decided to skip the fray. For this round, there were 2 additional wins for me.

I am starting to be better when handling these Fire battles. This time, Gorth did extremely well with the big hits and surviving the burning effects, and was able to get the Bloodlust going. Comfortable win over here.

The deadly combination of Poison and Earthquake in the ruleset. Survivability becomes extremely important and Forgotten One once again impressed and took the win against the dreaded Quora Towershead.

WOW! Against this tough lineup, I managed to win! After the first round, I never thought I stood a chance after seeing my cards wiped out one after another. Fortunately, Delwyn Dragonscale gave my entire Magic team a good boost and we managed to huff and puff our way through. And finally we managed to get a hard fought victory!

Battle 4 - LOSE

I wasn't so lucky this time against Quora Towershead. After winning two in this brawl, the streak came to an end. It's always tough to fight against Quora Towershead and I put out the best lineup I possibly could, so it's ok to take a loss here.

Had a chance to use this Life combination of Iziar supported by two healers Sola Ranjell and Venari Crystalsmith, and they were still strong as expected. My opponent put up a decent lineup but we had enough to secure the win.
