My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2026
Good evening activity lovers! How active was your day? Well today I did some walking doing normal activity around the city and later at about 6pm went jogging. I just did 2km jogging since tomorrow I'm biking 10km each way to the countryside. I'll record that activity with my Samsung Health app which is working very accurate. I love it. So tomorrow back with more.

Great that you could do some jogging. I'm not a huge a fan of jogging but occasionally I do it. I like hiking and biking more. In the gym I do the elliptical thing for the most time.

The point is to be active whatever the workout. I've been running and jogging for many years. Just to keep fit. Not for competition or break personal records.

Hay varias. Iphone debe tener la suya. Strava es una muy buena pero tiene cosas de pago. Iphone tiene una nativa. No recuerdo su nombre.
