🎶 A Packed Three Tune Tuesday For Ya! Take A Look & Share Future Releases From Huge Nineties Bands And Look At The Best Tunes They Went On To Release Years Later In The 2000’s or 2020’s 🎸

I’m going to mix it up on this TTT and do something different this week! I’m going to pick 4 bands (3 plus a bonus) who broke big in the nineties but pick tunes I like from at least ten years into the future. So you’ll be getting tunes from after 2005 and years later from when these bands first broke big on the nineties!

Let’s go! My Three Tune Tuesday Picks
For Tuesday March 10th! ⬇️

First up it’s Green Day! A band who had there first big run of success when they released 1994’s Dookie. Fast forward and the had plenty of success in the later nineties but fell off a bit and then boom 2004 they released the biggest selling rock album of the 2000’s with American Idiot. I’m going to the 2009 follow up album for my song pick!

Second up I’m going with Weezer who also first broke it big in 1994! Releasing the Self Titled (Blue) Album in 1994 the band had hits like Buddy Holly & Say It Ain’t So. I’m fast forwarding to 2008 so 14 years after the bands first run of mainstream success. Like Green Day,Weezer had more big hits in the 2000’s but by 2008 this album also was a bit of a letdown from the mainstream success view. That said I like this song a lot so enjoy!

Third up its Blink-182 who had there first hit in 1997 with the song Dammit! They reached even bigger nights on the following album in 1999 with songs like What’s My Age Again & All The Small Things. They released hugely successful follow-ups in 2001 & 2003 and frankly were huge! They then randomly broke up in 2004 and would stay that way until 2009. I will be picking a song off the second release after they got back together.

For a Bonus pick I go late nineties to 1999 Limp Bizkit who had massive hits off there 1999 second album! I fast forward 22 years to bring you a song from there 2021 record! To me it sounds like it could have been on the same album!
