My Actifit Report Card: September 12 2025

Hallo zusammen!

Am letzten Wochenende war ich mit dem umgebauten Bus das erste mal unterwegs in Holland zur Crossfit-Competition. Das war Mega-gut und ich werde auch noch davon berichten.

Nachdem ich dann Mitte der Woche den Muskelkater wieder los geworden bin, habe ich auch wieder mit den ersten Workouts angefangen.

Für heute stand ein Hero-Workout an. Hierbei handelte es sich um "Randy". Das Workout besteht aus 75 Power-Snatches und ist ei ziemlich schnelles Workout. Der Weltrekordl iegt bei unter 3 Minuten.dafür ist das Gewicht relativ leicht. Für die Männer ist das RX-Gewicht 75 lbs und für Frauen sind das 55 lbs.

Ich habe das Workout mit 25 kg gemacht und habe dafür 6:15 Minuten gebraucht. Ich habe die Snatches dabei wie folgt aufgeteilt: 21 - 18 - 15- 12 - 9. Ich finde es angenehmer, wenn es eine absteigende Wiederholungszahl ist. Andere wRen zwR schneller fertig, dafür waren diese aber mit weniger Gewicht unterwegs.

Last weekend, I took my converted bus on its maiden voyage to Holland for a CrossFit competition. It was awesome, and I'll tell you all about it later.

Today's workout was a hero workout called “Randy.” The workout consists of 75 power snatches and is a pretty fast workout. The world record is under 3 minutes, but the weight is relatively light. For men, the RX weight is 75 lbs and for women it's 55 lbs.
