THIS WEEK’S BRAWL: NARROW WINS, TATIANA GOES BEAST MODE, YEAR-END HYPE!
![]()
Hello, Splinterlands warriors!
Great to see you again in this week’s brawl results post. We’re heading into the end of the year, and as usual, aside from nervously waiting for the Brawl outcome, there’s one more thing that keeps the heart racing: the HIVE price.
This year-end, HIVE is still moving slowly—occasionally ticking up a bit, then slipping down again as if it’s trying to find direction. With about two weeks left before we hit a new year, my personal prediction is that it will continue moving sideways. But honestly, that could be a great accumulation period while waiting for the big wave next year. The market right now feels like someone about to sprint: still, but tense.
** A Tough Week, but Full of Stories**
Now back to the battlefield. This brawl… well, let’s just say it was not our strongest performance. I jumped into fray 12, and out of 7 battles, I only managed to secure 3 wins. Technically, I got 4 wins total overall, but performance-wise for the fray, it definitely could’ve been better.

Our guild ended up finishing in 5th place this time.

📊 Brawl reward details:
- 36 Crowns
- 1,800 Merits
- 26.657 staked SPS
The drop in Merits was definitely noticeable, especially if you’re usually aiming for a Gladius Pack. But for me, this actually became motivation—a soft slap from Splinterlands saying, “Next time, focus harder!”
Among all battles this week, there was one victory that stood out the most—my only win in the fray that genuinely made me smile after the match.
The key pieces were:
- A poison monster
- A dispel monster
- Ruleset: Are You Not Entertained? → meaning I could bring one Gladiator
- Born Again ruleset
- The presence of a Martyr monster
- And of course—the star of the show: Tatiana Blade
I realized that with poison + martyr + born again, I could create deadly momentum. Combined with Tatiana Blade—who already has insane potential when she gets a little buff—the outcome was predictable: she turned into a little destruction machine that only grew fiercer as the battle went on.

Once the fight began, poison started doing its slow but steady work. My dispel monster ensured the opponent couldn’t stack dangerous buffs. And when the martyr triggered (both literally and strategically), Tatiana immediately ramped up her performance.
The momentum was unmistakable. Each round, Tatiana felt stronger, faster, more confident—almost as if saying, “Okay… this win is mine, not yours.”

Conclusion
This week’s brawl wasn’t our best result—but it was full of lessons.
From suboptimal compositions to the moment when Tatiana delivered that one morale-saving victory.
I believe ups and downs like this make the Splinterlands journey feel real. Not always smooth, but always offering room to grow.
If you’re in a guild and want consistent performance, try to understand the rulesets more deeply, and don’t hesitate to bring a Gladiator when you can. Sometimes, a single card can change the entire story of your brawl.
See you in the next brawl—may next week be full of victories and generous Gladius Packs! ⚔️🔥
