I'm back with my Actifit activity report to share with you.

TUESDAY ACTIFIT ACTIVITY REPORT

It was a normal work day. After breakfast I started working and Isra woke up around 10:30. I kept her entertained while her mother made breakfast.

I worked again until 4:00 pm. After tea I took Isra for a slow bike ride then we spent some time in the park where she played on the swings and slides.

When we got home we were sweaty, so we took showers and enjoyed some sweet family time before and after dinner.

Finished the day with a late-night walk. The air outside felt nicer than inside, and I hit my 10,000-step goal. Ended the day on a good note.

• Steps: 10368, goal of 10k steps completed. ✅
