Sunday morning run(s)

I noticed that after Friday’s CT scan the tention and uncertaincy is rising. Which is stressfull but out of our hands now. So we just need to keep faith and try to distract ourselves.

This morning I did 2 runs, first run was just to be alone in the early morning. It was raining quite a bit, but that was welcome!

This was a very relaxing run as there was hardly anyone outside. I focussed on slow and steady and came back home more rested compared to before the run.

When I got back my oldest wanted to cycle to her friends to deliver birthday party invitation cards, I decided to run next to her. This was awesome, as we could chat about the more difficult things while getting some movement, can really appreciate these moments together.

The next 1,5 week we just need to endure the heavy burdon of uncertaincy. Together and with faith and trust we will get through this period. The evening of the 28th of October we will get the results on whether life saving surgery is still on the table. In the meanwhile I will just do whatever I can to support my girls and keep standing myself ❤️
