Monday Night Madness Player Profile - GhostlyBG

During week 2 of the Monday Night Madness Season we had 32 players register for the tournament, 11 players who had not entered in week 1, an increase in the active players and 21 players who had registered for week 1 coming back, so overall a successful week!
Obviously with this type of event some players will register and not be able to attend for whatever reason so there are some possible auto wins and no results, however group 1 managed to get all players registered and submit all their matches.
The winner of group 1 and 3rd place overall was @GhostlyBG a player who is frequently found in the Splinterlands discord and known for playing the game as they run (check out some of the Actifit posts they make), you will more than likely have come across them in game if you play at the top of frontier or modern formats, but let’s take a look at the approach to a Modern Silver Ghost format tournament…
vs @rampgaemn (Anemic and Global Warming, 27 Mana)
Made the most of Strengthen to increase the health and let the burning do the rest - killer combination of rulesets.

vs @babypuppy (Close Range and Tis But Scratches, 26 Mana)
Razi's Painforge took control of the match

vs @king-arminius (Heavy Hitters, 44 Mana)
King A tried a Conjurers' Hubris powered by Dragonmancer but Baron Fyatt restricted the damage and Lorkus tactic's givng Tenrai and Suiko life leach was enough to sweep the board

Vs @zandroid64 (Anemic and Weak Magic, 80 Mana)
Poison burst spread nicely in the ambush round from the silverleaf mage. +2 health, triage and scavenger from tofu made sure the advantage was with GhostlyBG

Vs @doombot75 (Super Sneak and Tis But Scratches, 56 Mana)
Both went with the EMP but the high damage sneak play was better than the speed manipulation play.

Vs @keeegs (Equaliser, Might Makes Right and Aim True, 77 Mana)
Big Dragons and their Kin won the day, would be interested to know why the placing of the kindred spirit wasnt used to capitlise on Riklauniman's double attack - but i'm sure there was a good reason!

Vs @Minhchang (What Doesnt Kill You and Might Makes Right, 30 Mana)
An armoured striking enraged Commander Slade made light work of GhostlyBG's line up in 2 rounds, not enough time to get the painforge working.

All in all a nice variation of teams across the event although the anniversary Dragonkin made a few appearances, Still a great performance, wonder if they can go one better next week and get a perfect record!
