Picking Alternative Rock tunes from the 2000’s! My girlfriend Ashlee joins me one last time! I’ll be posting on Three Tune Tuesday and maybe Nineties Friday for a bit longer but otherwise I’m done posting daily here on Hive. Enjoy one last ALT2K Wednesday as we pick alt pop tunes from the 2000’s and specifically the 2009-2012 era today!

Ashlee picks her Daily Jam from the band Matt & Kim, picking the song “Let’s Go” from 2012. For Bonus Jam she picks the song “Punching In A Dream” from 2010 first album by the band The Naked & Famous! Gene (Me) picks the song “Take A Walk” from the 2011 album from Passion Pit! For my Bonus Jam I go with the band Foster The People & pick the single “Helena Beat” from there 2011 first album! You might know the song Pumped Up Kicks from the same record.

Thanks so much for everyone who supported these less popular music posts on off days. Me & Ashlee appreciated it very much! It was fun to pick out 2000’s Alt2k tunes every Wednesday for the past 20 months or so!
