It has been an interesting few days to see the markets reacting to Blurt's possible departure from ProBit Global's options. Naturally, Blurt is resilient so its price has been climbing relative to the United States dollar. With @megadrive getting more involved with ProBit and asking some questions, the Blurt community has an ultimatum that we must accept:

ProBit to Blurt: Either Grow Volume or Be Removed

From a business perspective, I can understand the need for ProBit to want to clean house and reorganize their platform to make it more efficient, but likewise I can see how detrimental this can be if Blurt is removed from the only centralized platform where you can trade it. It's one of those situations that needs a balanced approach. Blurt is not going to be removed, for now... So, as a community we need to think fast and be proactive.

Honestly, I am more focused on acquiring dust amounts of Blurt on Hive, and I'm not too supportive of selling Blurt (even if it means actively trading it on ProBit to help keep it active). Worse is that I rarely use centralized platforms with a handful of exceptions. However, I may have to change my strategy for the sake of protecting Blurt's only centralized exchange.

Of course, I'm not a huge creator on the Blurt platform. I've only just reached 100k Blurt but I'm not nearly as large as other influencers, so what would my volume contribute in the larger realm of daily volume? Not a whole lot. With that being said, that doesn't mean that I should not make a move. As the saying goes, "every little bit counts" and in the world of ultimatums, transaction fees, and cryptocurrencies... It sure does.

So, I commend Blurt's resilience in the face of adversity; I commend ProBit's honesty and judicial behavior. With this final point, I will move the little blurt I have and make a few trades. It probably won't be daily, but I'll contribute every once in a while. We'll see where it takes us.

Blurt continues to be a strong platform. It is strong because of this community.
