The plan for Feb 6 is great!
To be honest, I could learn SO much from you (and I do.. but currently I can't repeat what you do and what I would like to do)
As for the mobility, did you know that you can improve mobility in your legs by sitting down and twist your body from side to side? (like turning your head, but with your back instead). I've found that to be somewhat helpful for me.

Getting started is the hardest part! When building a base almost all runs are hard and the is not much runners high in the beginning. Trusting the process can let you build slow and steady (without injuries!). When the base is there it is just freedom my friend. The main challange is to set a challenging long term goal so you can consider the “why” when it is harder.
Copenhagen 2027 (May) - might be a perfect reachable opportunity to start working towards if you want! (Half or full), would be happy to help you get started with a decent plan how to stay motivated and injury free. If my wife still feels the same about me running abroad after the Jungfrau in sept, it would be fun joining you in the event.

In all honesty, I'm scared to start. I have so many things wrong with my body that it feels overwhelming or even scary to get started. It does sound very tempting though!
