My Actifit Report Card: September 12 2026

It has been a week and a half of ups and downs.

What got me through this Saturday was a heart on fire ❤️‍🔥
It seems like a breadcrumb, nothing more.

But Friday offered (what I believe is) a little insight. A video with nothing but waves on a beach, with the text

I'm in that season of life where
everything's "fine".
But if you hug me a little too long, I'd probably cry.
If you ask me how I was really
doing, I'd probably cry.
lf you said something nice to me, I'd probably cry.
And if you said nothing at all, I'd
probably cry.

This was one of the hardest things to read.

Giving room and space is the absolute hardest thing to do in situations like this.

When I got that message, with the "fine" text... I must admit that brought a tear to my eye because I also knew it wasn't possible to be there for her this weekend due to unforeseen circumstances.

Hopefully I can see her tomorrow!
