You already know the purpose of this activity is simple: to share our goals, share our progress, and try to support each other in achieving them.

Everyone has goals, and the journey is not always easy. Here, we can motivate one another, learn from each other, and grow together. There is no pressure, just honest sharing, encouragement, and positive energy.

Feel free to share your goals, update your progress, and engage with others because when we support one another, success becomes more achievable for all.

Challenge Task and Rules.

1. To be eligible, each participant must share their weekly, monthly, or yearly goals (whether posted or not) in the comments section, along with their progress during the week.

2. Sharing your weekly progress is an important part of this activity.
   Please remember to include your progress along with your goals; without it, your entry won’t be eligible for the challenge.
   This requirement does not apply to first-time participants only.

3. This challenge will remain open for more than 24 hours, until Tuesday at 11:59 PM UTC.

4. We will post the participant list and the raffle results (if there are more than five participants) for last week’s challenge in the next post.

5. Using one of these tags #alive, #aliveandthriving, and/or #AliveChat for your posts is mandatory.

6. Feel free to share your post and receive upvotes from the community.

7. It’s not mandatory, but we really appreciate it if you reblog the post and tag your friends in your posts and comments.

8. Engage with other participants and community members; don't forget the purpose of this activity is to encourage and support each other.
