Nature's Artwork

Magandang buhay💚

We were miles away from home yesterday to a much warmer place, not for a holiday but for a wedding. From the church ceremony, we drove to the couple's place for the reception. After enjoying the meal, we found a cozy spot near the small parking area a few hundred yards away from the crowd to rest and feel the breeze.

While there, some guests whose cars were blocked by our ride requested us to move it so they could leave. So the hubby moved out of the space and stayed idle on the street, waiting for 4-5 SUVs to leave.

Yongi and I were watching from the distance when the art on the van's body and its tinted windows caught my eye. They sort of became the canvas for nature to paint its beauty—in the form of shadows and reflections.

So I moved closer to document the stunning piece of artwork, before it disappeared. The sky and the branches were mirrored in the windows, and more branches cast shadows. Breathtaking.

One more shot, then another. I had to make sure I've snapped enough for more options just in case.

The hubby returned the van to our parking spot afterward. Yongi and I hoped in. We chatted and decided to leave the venue, skip the second part of the celebration (dancing, singing, etc), and drive to my sister's place in the city to pick up a few stuff. But before we did, the husband went back to the reception area to present our gift to the newlyweds. Yongi was pleased, enjoying the coolness inside as we waited😅

Having him around is both a joy and a headache😁 He is calm when it's only us, but turns completely different and becomes a tiny lion around others. It's the main reason we can't be in the crowd. My niece teased I spoiled him too much. Some pet trainers say fur babies that act like him lack discipline. Ouch! Maybe. Maybe. I'm willing to work it out and see how things change.😊

Anyway, we are back home in BC for a slow, relaxing day.

The shadows in the white part looks very good. It's like and artwork. I think it would be much better if it was the artwork in the white part. At least it would be better thand only white color.

The reflections of the leaves and twigs are so beautiful! Nature has its own way of creating art and beauty. There’s something special about the natural patterns and reflections that we can’t easily recreate.
