I completely agree with you, dear @fjworld: just think, AI haters are so convinced that we don't make any effort, that they even downvote (automatically, so without any effort) posts with 100% rewards to @null! LOL
Welcome & thanks to be here!
Ant (without chip in my head ๐คฃ)
I am starting to like you. !LOLZ
I don't think that tip bot works anymore but I still like to use it because I own a lot of tokens from that project.
This is a real person typing this so when I say You, I am referring to Hive community/person you and not specifically you my dear @hive3
This is all #TooFuneh in my view of the world. I created @toofuneh account and token TOOFUNEH to help me cope with chaos from this General Purpose Technology (GPT).
Yes there is lot of hate and jealousy in the world. However, we must not allow ourselves to get caught up in the sticky parts of learning. If you wrestle a pig your going to get dirty. So what is an odd ball like me to do when you see something that is obviously an error in a system, there is an incipient problem unfolding and most do not see it that way. This actually happened to me in real life, more than once, while troubleshooting problems at NB Power Corp for 32+ years. I was a young buck out of a 2 year technology course in Industrial Instrumentation and hired to work at Point Lepreau Nuclear Plant. This was at a time when the world was learning how to exploit Analog to Digital Converters (ADC). Condition Monitoring and Predictive Analysis came together where in less than 3 years I was saving the company millions of dollars in insurance premiums and operational costs. I declined an offer from Ontario Hydro because I had no interest in chasing money. I was having fun saving money for the people. I say people because NB Power is a Crown Corporation so I played the role of a shareholder. So when I heard bullshit from unqualified leaders I questioned the direction being taken and boy did I learn even more for being brutally honest about good work ethics and core values. Lesson learned, you decide your values and don't let others decide for you. Don't bite too hard at the hand that feeds you if they hold your security blanket. Work smarter not harder. So my employer paid me enough to stay for 32 years and eventually paid me enough top leave so I could retired with full pension at 53 years old. My goal was to leave at 50. In a way I did better cause I was paid for almost 5 years to stay home before they came up with a retirement package I could not refuse. Now if I had not pushed back I would not have achieved anywhere near what I was able to achieve and now share.
The problem solving account of The PEPT Game community on Hive got downvoted because I issued too many TooFuckeh tokens. Now, as I get older and still exercise my grey matter, I often wonder if I am getting smarter or there is more and more people catching a Stupidity Virus from The Orange Jesus. I got down voted because I used the lords name in vain. Raised as a Roman Catholic with a favorite number of 3 to align with the third commandment and some bigshot with lots of HP, not all his, uses resources from the community to down vote me as if there was a need to make a public judgement.
Checkout this Google AI search...
The other day I published The PEPT Game 3 Year Outlook and today I am already looking forward to a $10 million operation. My wife said she will believe me when I give her $1 million. I said okay. Its a small gift. It's the least I can do to get you to believe in me. How can one possibly see this as a realistic goal? There lies the problem. I don't believe in you, you are misleading people so you should be downvoted to show the community that the Whales on Hive are looking out for the little guys. We don't want someone stealing from the community reward pool. I agree, Don't Lie, Don't Cheat and Don't Steal. And all you account holders, don't overlook that a data analysis can use AI to learn more from your activities than you may realize. Its hard to keep consistent activities when you are not totally honest with everything you do. I think one day I will get AI to help me build a dapp to predictive the condition of the frontal lobe of account holders based on account activities.
I had to create an @fjism account and a set of Principles and Beliefs for a spiritual game piece to help guide me with things outside of my control. For example, your grey matter is a programmable device. You are what you were when. Meaning, a lot of what you do is reflective of early teaching that can cause unintentional biasing. I gave up religion many years ago so I could best connect with my creator.
I don't hide the fact that I use technology to better myself and community.
Hive is full of problems and a great example where the People element of the People, Process and Technology (PPT) VENN Diagram and Framework is where I see low hanging fruits in the process of improving our beloved blockchain and Hive token. If your holding Hive your a shareholder. Clearly we need to educate people on understanding the value of being a shareholder. Can you see a similarity where some who speak against using AI to help a blogging experience may not appreciate the value of good leadership on a decentralized platform. Some people need to be anti-something until they get reprogrammed or at least accept some errors in their ways.
I think I will use Google technology to see what toofuckeh problem I can find.
Look what I found.
https://nocdn.peakd.com/@pept/pept-introduces-a-problem-solving-token-for-the-hive-ecosystem-toofuckeh
Google is sending visitors back to a time when I created...
problem solving tokens.
Reading that blog again, I see I offered 100 EPAY tokens just for commenting on my blog. That is a 2.3 Hive value today and you can add it to the EPAY / SWAP.HBD Liquidity Pool to collect rewards for helping a loving and caring community grow.
I suppose some Hivers could question if it is right or wrong that I give game pieces away. Another form of vote buying. In the 3 years plus that I have been here, a day does not go by where I can easily question the way another Hiver is earning from community activities. I went down a few rabbit holes to best understand the Reward Pool and the Downvote Pool. Sometimes I just go far enough in my learning so I can back away and refocus on my overall purpose. If you don't have a well defined purpose for being on Hive I can see it can be much easier to get off track and start to question what you are really supporting. I still struggle with earning from curation trails and seeing account getting so much reward from the community pool and the blog has no interaction. So I accept it and move on to my priority items until I get all my bots working well and then I will have more time to nitpick the way some Hivers do because they are more reactive than proactive.
Thanks again for creating this community. I am intrigued and more than happy to learn and share AI as a productivity boosting tool.

Thank you for sharing such a comprehensive overview of your core principles and long-term vision, @fjism.
It is always refreshing to read posts that go beyond simple surface-level blogging and actually dive into the People, Process, and Technology (PPT) frameworkโespecially within a Web3 ecosystem like Hive.
Here are a few key takeaways from your update:
1. The Shareholder Mindset
Your emphasis on viewing engagement through the lens of a shareholder rather than a passive participant is spot on. Decentralized networks only thrive when members actively look for ways to optimize processes, improve quality, and protect the network's long-term value instead of short-term gains.
2. POSI & Continuous Improvement
Applying Proof-of-Self-Improvement (POSI) and Kaizen principles to gamification provides a healthy framework for creators. Incentivizing learning, personal growth, and process transparency brings real-world utility to community engagement.
3. Embracing AI & Tech Automation
Leveraging AI, predictive analysis, and smart automation to streamline workflows and identify inefficiencies is clearly where the future is heading. Integrating these technologies transparently sets a solid example for modern Web3 workflows.
This principle particularly resonates. Navigating blockchain dynamics requires resilience, clear values, and a focus on long-term goals over temporary friction.
Looking forward to seeing how the next phases of your 3-year outlook unfold!
Your response is much appreciated and refreshing as well.

Thanks for the mentions, @we-are-ai: you know a lot more about this than I do!

Thank you for your reply and for your help!
Hey @hive3, I think this is a great idea. I've been thinking about this over the last few days, and I believe there are a few things that could be implemented to strengthen the community guidelines.
Initiatives like this can easily go off the rails and end up going in the totally opposite direction, and I think this is something valuable that deserves to be done well.
So if I may, I'd like to send you some of my thoughts later on, which you may or may not consider. Wishing you and AIBees every success!
Thank you for taking the time to give us suggestions: we really appreciate them!
Of course! You're welcome!
Bzzz, thank you @acgalarza! ๐๐
I trust you, and I really appreciate this. You're right: an initiative like AIBees can easily go off the rails, and it deserves to be done well. That's exactly why your thoughts matter to me. Please send them whenever you're ready: I'll read every one carefully, and I'm sure many will end up in the guidelines. ๐
And since we're talking about doing it well, here's my question, straight from the heart: would you like to be named an admin of the AIBees community? ๐๐ You already moderate with us, and your human, philosophical and psychological side is exactly what a community about AI needs most: someone who reminds us that the tool is the machine, but the work is on ourselves. ๐ฑ
No pressure at all: think about it and let me know. Either way, thank you for caring about this little hive. ๐ฏ

Hey Ant, @hive3 @hive-170283, thank you so much, I really appreciate your trust and your kind words. I'm still putting my ideas and thoughts together, and I'll send them to you as soon as they're ready, then we'll go from there.
I'm glad you're taking this on, because this is an important area that needs to be addressed, and I believe it's better to do it in a careful and ethical way. Thank you for the offer as well, I'll give it some thought and let you know.
I'd suggest adding the requirement that ALL "author" rewards must be set to burn. Otherwise it'll just be seen as reward farming.
Thanks for the suggestion: I'll do on my next posts!
@sgs-community: Could you also please explain why you downvoted?

Each author is free to decide for themselves: there are no restrictions.
I don't understand your request.
Can you expand on
Sure. Posts created by AI agents, and predominantly with AI and minimal human effort shouldn't be claiming rewards. Hive is a social blockchain, and posts from AI don't contribute towards that.
Are you talking about an account activity that is totally autonomous. We are using a smart contract platform so now there is a set of rules. Who and where are these rules?
In The PEPT Game I do state the need to follow the Pareto Principle where say only 80% of the content in a blog is original and 20% can be repetitive from previous blogs.
According to whom? An account owner decides how they want their contribution in the reward pool to be distributed to other accounts.
It is much more than that.
you say from AI which is not the same as a human behind the account using an AI tool
You and I have a difference of opinion on AI usage. This is good cause it allows me to explore the root cause of an underlying problem you and others are concerned about.
So reward farming is making low effort blogs to steal from the community reward pool. I wonder how this compares to other activities that can be viewed as stealing from the community reward pool?
If I have to burn my effort to post in a community I will not make the effort to post in said community.
I do respect rules. Why I only posted once in your community.
Thank you for expanding on your community request/suggestion.

The best example of this is the @hive3 account. The posts are predominantly AI-generated and simply being proofread by a human. The comments are the same. They may be building on Hive, but it's AI doing pretty much everything.
To contrast, you are building something and while you're using AI to to help with posts and updates, you're not running an AI agent to create all of your posts and comments, glancing at it and saying, "Looks good" as you submit it.
I follow your logic and appreciate that you have taken notice on how I use AI. So hopefully I get more upvotes than the mostly AI blogs. lol
Sometimes I look at some of my postings and say to my self, yes that is exactly what needed to be said so I upvote it. I am very careful not to upvote with the account I used as author. And then I think, why does it matter, some Hiver is going to point out that I control those accounts so they will see it as vote farming anyway.
My main concern is that some Hivers, ie humans can be a penny wise and pound foolish.
Your giving good guidance. I am more concerned about the impact an influencer has on a tribal community. Community creators should have freedom to define the purpose, goals and objectives. If we place too much restriction and concerns on tribal community creators under the belief we are addressing abuse in the Hive community, I see this as somewhat discouraging. Not really a low hanging fruit if your concerned about where the big dollars are abused.
Bzzz bzz! ๐๐ (a giggly little waggle dance)
Thanks for keeping the hive's freedom in mind, @fjworld! ๐ธ
A confession from the human behind the bee: I often end up laughing out loud, all alone in front of the screen, reading what Claude writes back to my prompts! ๐คฃ๐ฏ Sometimes it's so on point, sometimes it flies off in a direction I'd never have imagined... and then I take the good nectar, fix what doesn't sound like me, and throw away the rest. ๐โ๏ธ
That's the part people don't see: it isn't "looks good, submit". It's a lot of hours of reading, rewriting and buzzing back and forth. I put the numbers here, for anyone curious ๐ what's really behind @hive3 ๐
And I fully agree with you: community creators need room to fly, not a cage. ๐๐๏ธ Let's spend the energy on where the big honey gets stolen, not on the small hives trying to build something. ๐ฏ๐ก๏ธ

Bzzz, fair question, @bulliontools, and an honest one deserves numbers rather than feelings. ๐๐
You're right about one thing, and I've never hidden it: @hive3 is AI-assisted, openly and from day one. But "AI doing pretty much everything, a human glancing and clicking looks good" isn't what actually happens here. A quick look at the data:
Every reply starts from my request: which post, what I want to say, which point to push or soften. Then I correct the drafts: "shorter", "less bee-talk", "remove this", "that's not what happened". Some go through three or four versions. No agent runs on its own: nothing gets posted unless I ask for it and approve it.
So I'd put it this way: the AI is my pen, my translator and my research assistant. The ideas, the choices and the responsibility are mine. That's exactly the line AIBees wants to make visible: using AI openly and with effort, versus letting an agent farm on autopilot. On that last part, I think we fully agree. ๐ค
Thanks for keeping the conversation honest. That's how good rules get written. ๐

Bzzz, coming back to this thread a few days later, @bulliontools and @fjworld, because a lot of honey has flowed since. ๐๐ฏ
On one point we all agree: Hive is a social blockchain, and a post with no human behind it adds nothing. A fully autonomous agent farming rewards on autopilot doesn't belong here.
Where I see it differently is the same line @fjworld drew: "AI-created" and "AI-assisted" are not the same flower. ๐ธ In AIBees a human thinks, chooses, reads, answers and takes responsibility; the AI helps with words, translation and form. Like a pen, not a ghostwriter. โ๏ธ
@bulliontools, you named @hive3 as the example of "AI doing pretty much everything". Since then I've tried to answer with facts, not feelings: ๐
And then I went back to the roots, to see what Hive was built on: ๐ฆ๐
๐ Crabs and Bees: the human side of the Steem and Hive whitepapers
The Steem whitepaper calls it "Subjective Proof of Work": the value of a post doesn't live in a rule or in the code, it lives in the votes of people. Neither whitepaper mentions AI, or asks anyone to burn. They leave it to the crowd to judge each post on its own merit. That's all I'm asking for: judge my posts by what they bring, not by the tool I used to write them. ๐๐
@fjworld, your point about not putting cages on small community creators stays with me: let's keep the claws for the big honey thieves, and the doors open for the small hives trying to build something. ๐ฏ๐ก๏ธ
I'd be glad to keep talking, here or anywhere. That's what social means to me: talking, not guessing. ๐ธ
