My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2025

Hallo Leute!

Auch der heutige Sonntag begann wieder sportlich. Für heute hatte ich mir ein Hyrox-Workout rausgesucht und fieses etwas für meine Bedürfnisse angepasst:

400m laufen

15 Burpees

600m laufen

30 Wall-Balls (6kg)

800m laufen

45 Sandbag Lunges (18 kg)

1000m Rudern

45 Sandbag Lunges (18 kg)

30 Wall-Balls (6 kg)

400m laufen

Für das Workout habe ich ca. 37 Minuten gebraucht, wobei der Fokus auch darauf lag, den Puls unter Kontrolle zu behalten. Für den Hyrox im nächsten Jahr rechne ich mit einer Zeit von 1,5 Stunden und da möchte ich nicht, das mir nach der Hälfte die Luft ausgeht.

Am Nachmittag sind wir dann zum Einkaufen nach Nijmegen gefahren. In Holland sind die Geschäfte ja auch am Sonntag offen und das nutzen wir sehr gerne. Natürlich gehört zu so einem Ausflug auch immer eine Tüte original holländischer Pommes-Frites. Mega-Lecker

Today, Sunday, started off sporty again. I chose a Hyrox workout for today and adapted it slightly to suit my needs:

The workout took me about 37 minutes, although I was also focusing on keeping my heart rate under control. I'm expecting to complete next year's Hyrox in 1.5 hours, and I don't want to run out of steam halfway through.

In the afternoon, we drove to Nijmegen to go shopping. In Holland, the shops are also open on Sundays, which we really enjoy. Of course, such a trip always includes a bag of original Dutch fries. Super delicious
