Hallo zusammen!

Der Samstag ist zu meinem Lauftag geworden. Letzte Woche habe ich noch Ausdauertraining gemacht. Für heute stand wieder eine 5 - 6 Kilometerrunde bei höherem Tempo auf dem Plan.

Nach Beginn meiner Runde ist mir nach ca. einem Kilometer aufgefallen, das meine Uhr bzw. die App die Strecke nicht getracked hat. Also habe ich dort noch einmal neu gestartet. Überraschenderweise war dann der eigentlich zweite Kilometer genauso schnell wie sonst der erste.

Zum Ende habe ich die Strecke dann erweitert, so dass ich die 5 Kilometer noch voll bekomme. Die Zeit für die 5 Kilometer war 27 Minuten und 2 Sekunden und nur 12 Sekunden über meiner besten Zeit. Das Ziel ist jedoch eine durchschnittliche Zeit von 5 Minuten und 30 Sekunden mit einer Gesamtzeit von 27 Minuten und 30 Sekunden und das habe ich heute geschafft.

Mal sehen, was da noch möglich ist.
