Hallo zusammen!

Da bin ich wieder! Eigentlich bin ich auch nicht weg gewesen, aber im Moment komme ich einfach nicht dazu Beiträge zu schreiben. Themen hätte ich eigentlich immer genug.....

Naja, heute gibt es zumindest einen kurzen und knappen Actifit-Beitrag.

Schritte habe ich zwar gar nicht so viel gemacht heute (knapp 7000), dafür gab es aber andere Aktivitäten.

Heute Abend war ich mal wieder zum Crossfit. Es gab einen Kraftteil mit Front-Squats und danach ein Workout:

AMRAP 18 (As many Reps as possible in 18 minutes)

200m Run (Laufen)

12 calories (Fahrrad) Bike

15 calories (Rudern) Row

Beim Workout habe ich 5 ganze Runden geschafft und in der 6. Runde bin ich bis aufs Fahrrad gekommen. Bei den vorherigen Front-Squats konnte ich einen neuen Persönlichen Rekord aufstellen mit 80kg. Das entspricht auch in etwa meinem Körpergewicht.

Morgen geht es dann mit den Crossfit-Jungs und den Kindern zum jährlichen Vater-Kind-Camping und an dem darauf folgenden Wochenende geht es dann zum Crossfit-Wettkampf nach Zandvoort.

I'm back! I haven't actually been away, but at the moment I just don't have time to write posts. I always have plenty of topics to write about...

Well, at least today there's a short and sweet Actifit post.

I didn't take that many steps today (just under 7,000), but I did do other activities.

This evening, I went to CrossFit again. There was a strength training section with front squats, followed by a workout:

AMRAP 18 (As many reps as possible in 18 minutes)

200m run

12 calories (bike)

15 calories (rowing)

During the workout, I managed 5 whole rounds and in the 6th round I got on the bike. During the previous front squats, I set a new personal record with 80 kg. That's about the same as my body weight.

Tomorrow, I'm going on the annual father-child camping trip with the CrossFit guys and the kids, and the following weekend I'm going to the CrossFit competition in Zandvoort.

I hope I'll be able to tell you all about it.
