This is my weekly post under this "Introvert Talks" theme and let's see where it takes me and us.

It's amazing how much things can change within 24 hours.

24 hours ago, I was having diarrhoea and visited the toilet for the nth time and was feeling weak. Thanks to the medicine, I actually feel a lot better in the morning and survived a day at work, and now I feel okay. It's amazing how our body, with rest and medication, recover so fast. Speaking of illness, I haven't been well lately, and that's also why I haven't been so active on Hive. On days where I was too tired to write a post, I just read and interacted with my Hive friends - you know who you are! I think I haven't recovered 100% but definitely on my way to recovery, and it's definitely helpful to be optimistic and look forward to getting better and being able to eat my fried and oily foods!

24 hours ago, the markets, both stock and crypto, were being stunned by the conflict in Middle East. I guess you could say it was a black swan event and not many would expect this level of escalation. But look at the markets now! Miraculously, the US markets are up! And in the same 24 hours, BTC has climbed almost 8% to USD 72k+! What happened?? Like what the old saying says, it's so tough to time the market. But hopefully, the green and up markets bring some relief to the investors, at least for the time being.

And zooming out to one week ago, the world was so different.

Sometimes we complain we don't have enough time, or we need a lot of time to complete some tasks. But reflecting and thinking deeper, 24 hours alone is actually already a long period of time and things can change so much.
