Guild Brawls With Pizza 2 - One Of The Toughest Brawl To Date

Time flies! Just completed the 293rd brawl with my awesome guild, which is none other than Pizza 2 The Deep Dish!

  • Moving Back To Bronze Fray

Had 6 battles this time and it was not an easy round, especially when they have recently introduced 3 rulesets for each battle. Moreover, I have rented out most of my cards because I was playing lesser these days.

  • We Got 7th!!!

So for the final result, we were 7th out of 9 guilds and got 150 Merits and around 5 SPS!

Individually, I had 6 fights this time and I won 3 of them this time! Finished 3rd within the guild. Due to change in format, wins are actually awarded to the players present in the fray if guilds decided to skip the fray. For this round, there were 2 additional wins for me.

Battle 2 - LOSE

Gladius Card Used: Relenor Cleaver

This was such a tough battle to fight. My big cards were struggling to land hits because there were so many misses, both due to speed difference and bad luck, and as time went, the cards were just taken out by the relentless hits from the opposing team.

Battle 3 - LOSE

Gladius Card Used: Gorth and Chimney Wallstop

If the previous defeat was bad enough, this was worse. My team struggled with that Water tank, and with Trample from their summoner, my whole team really got trampled off the board. It was totally one sided and I left wondering what just happened.

Battle 4 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: None

I almost thought I was going to lose this! Battles were so tough this brawl and fortunately with Weapons Training and all the cards dropping off the board like flies, Riftwing gained a huge amount of HP and was able to deal Magic damage. Ultimately, that proved to be enough to secure the win. PHEW!

Battle 5 - LOSE

Gladius Card Used: None

I thought I had a decent chance with my usage of Prophet Rosa to boost Axemaster and Drybone Raider, but somehow my opponents were just too strong this round. I was totally unable to cope.

Battle 6 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Larissa Kerato

I thought Quora Towershead was going to rub salt into my wounds but Larissa Kerato was strong enough to lead the team to close out this tough brawl with a precious win.

So that sums up my 6 battles for this brawl! 50% win rate this time, was a tough tough brawl but still a respectable result! Let's keep fighting PIZZA 2!
