I'm back with my Actifit activity report to share with you.

TUESDAY's ACTIFIT ACTIVITY REPORT:

My Tuesday started early with Fajr prayer. After praying, I went back to sleep for another hour. Once I woke up again, I made some tea and started my work.

I spent the morning working on LinkedIn and social media automation for a new client. It was a normal workday, and I was busy getting things done.

When Isra woke up, we went out for our usual outing. Today, we decided to visit a nearby park instead of sitting under the mango tree. After coming back home, we had breakfast, and I returned to work. I continued working until Zuhr prayer, which marked the end of my working day.

Later, I helped feed Isra some fruits. She ate and then fell asleep. In the evening, I enjoyed tea with my parents and took Isra out for a bike ride. These little moments with family always make the day better.

After Maghrib, we had dinner together and watched some TV until Isha. Everything was going as usual until something unexpected happened.

I was sitting in my parents' room when I suddenly heard a sound coming from my room. I rushed there and found that my wife had slipped and fallen on the floor. She was having pain and swelling in her knee, which worried me. Thankfully, it doesn't seem to be anything serious, and we hope she will feel better in a couple of days. It was certainly a scary moment, and I just pray she recovers quickly.

Later at night, I went for my usual walk. Even though the day had been a little stressful, I managed to complete my 10,000-step goal.

That was my Tuesday. Most of the day went as planned, but the incident with my wife reminded me how quickly things can change. I hope she gets well soon and is back to her normal routine.
