My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2026
Peace be upon you all. Here is my Today’s Actifit Activity Report
Today was Monday, which meant getting back to work and returning to my usual routine. The day started normally, but I developed a headache in the afternoon. I had some tea and took a one-hour nap. It turned out to be a good decision, as I felt better after resting.
After my nap, I completed a few work-related tasks. Later, my daughter started missing me, so I took her for a short bike ride. It was a simple but enjoyable way to spend some quality time together.
At night, some friends visited me while passing through the city. They live in another city, so it was lovely to meet them and spend some time together.
As usual, I ended the day with a late-night walk and completed my 10,000-step goal. The weather was similar to yesterday, quite humid. But I still managed to complete my daily activity.

- Activity: Late-night walk, daily activities, and a bike ride with my daughter.
- Goal: Completed — 10,000 steps ✅
- Duration: Approximately 2 hours of walking
- Distance: 9.73 kilometres 🚶♂️🌙💪
