Pandala Bakery Cotacachi
Established in 2014 in Cotacachi, Ecuador, we provide healthy sourdough bread to our clients and contribute to our local community through different social actions. We want to promote HIVE as an alternative payment system to retain more value within our local economy.
Born in Germany, studied Environmental Sciences with focus on water chemistry, migrated to Ecuador in 2013, started an artisan bakery in 2014 which is still going strong, father since 2018. Love to talk philosophy, communication, parenting, stock market and Splinterlands. Newbie on Hive and Crypto and all that, but a decent Splinterlands-Player.

Just an ex Canadian navy sailor that combat-style got rid of over 4 decades of stuff and packed the rest into 3 bags. Currently settling into Ecuador and all of its culture. When I'm not placing mortgages in Canada, I'm trying to write my own stories and experiences in this wonderful country. πͺπ¨

Father, Grandfather, and Canadian Navy Veteran, touring around South America with a focus on Ecuador and looking for the perfect place to put down roots. I sold everything in 2023 and packed 40 years of memories into 3 bags. I can't wait to find my community and be a part of it.
