Don't use the BeeSwap convert service right now.

Since Hive-Engine went down a couple of days ago the Beeswap conversion service hasn't worked.

Usually the cheapest option to convert from Hive to Swap.Hive there are currently hundreds if not thousands of transactions stuck on their exchange service.

I've been using the service for years now without any issues but have a conversion stuck there for the past two days. I then went into their server for any information but nobody was answering.

All I could see from the support chat was a lot of worried Hive users looking for their funds.

The service is ran by @gerber who is a long time hive user so I'm not worried about my funds.

However as i said in my messages when I tagged the mods,

"Having an issue like this happens.
It's part of running an business
but the radio silence is not a good look for worried users."

There was no answer from anyone directly to my messages but I have seen one of the mods replying to others this morning that they have no control over the service and have no contact form Gerber since it went down.

Until it is fixed I would stay away from the service as your funds will be stuck until who knows when.

If you have funds and post in their discord be very wary of scammers as they have a bot problem in their as well.

As soon as you post a query these bots show up with a link to click to report the problem in another discord. Obvious scam but some people might not be paying attention.

The messages appear instantly after posting but disappear after about a minute if you don't click. Be careful out there.
