Side View - SMARP 269

Coming back from field work yesterday, I stayed a little longer in our pool van, listening to an interesting programme airing on our radio station, and at the same time, enjoying the view of the street across.

But then I looked at the side mirror and spotted the sky, buildings, cars, people, plus the hustling and bustling going on in the street behind - all compressed into that small reflective glass.

"The programme can wait, but not the reflections", I said. So, I began capturing them, one after the other, while the driver watched, wondering what on earth I was doing. Lol.

Read the warning message. Lol.

It’s funny how a side mirror, which is meant for safety, for checking what’s behind, could also turn to my studio, kind of. And the photos turned out so well. Though they weren't so easy to capture. I had to do a lot of zooming in and random shots to be able to get clear ones.

Sometimes the best shots are the ones bouncing off a piece of glass while you’re riding in the passenger seat. Hehehe.

That’s it. Just a reminder: look around. Even the side mirror can show you something interesting that you might want to keep thereafter!

I love these fascinating views. You're indeed a Pro! BTW!

You remember the last time I talked about coming for photography tutorial? I think it's time to review it. Don't you think so?😂

!Indeed, sometimes the most beautiful things might be viewed from the rearview mirror.

Best of luck in the contest.
