Esta semana quiero compartir con ustedes una canción que tiene un significado muy especial: My Way, conocida en español como A mi manera.

Elegí esta canción gracias a Chatgpt porque no sabia que canción pegaba con estoicismo, la app me recomendó algunos temas así que elegí esta.

El estoicismo nos enseña que no podemos controlar todo lo que sucede en nuestra vida, ni las decisiones de otras personas, ni las circunstancias que nos rodean. Pero sí podemos decidir cómo enfrentamos cada situación, cómo aprendemos de nuestros errores y cómo seguimos adelante.

Para mí, A mi manera representa precisamente eso: mirar hacia atrás y reconocer que hemos cometido errores, que hemos tenido momentos difíciles, que algunas decisiones pudieron ser diferentes, pero que cada experiencia forma parte de nuestra historia.

No se trata de pensar que siempre tuvimos la razón, ni de vivir sin arrepentimientos. Se trata de tener el valor de asumir nuestras decisiones, aprender de ellas y no permitir que el pasado nos quite la tranquilidad.

Hay algo poderoso en entender que la vida no tiene que ser perfecta para sentirnos orgullosos del camino que hemos recorrido.

Hoy quiero compartir mi interpretación de esta canción, con la esperanza de que su mensaje también llegue a quienes la escuchen.

Porque al final, cada uno tiene una historia que contar, sus propias batallas y una manera particular de caminar por la vida.

No podemos elegir todo lo que nos sucede, pero sí podemos elegir cómo vivirlo.

This week, I want to share a song with you that holds a very special meaning: "My Way" (known in Spanish as A mi manera).

I chose this song with the help of ChatGPT; I wasn't sure which track would resonate with the theme of stoicism, and after the app suggested a few options, I decided on this one.

Stoicism teaches us that we cannot control everything that happens in our lives—not the decisions of others, nor the circumstances that surround us. However, we can decide how we face each situation, how we learn from our mistakes, and how we move forward.

To me, "My Way" represents exactly that: looking back and acknowledging that we’ve made mistakes, experienced difficult moments, and perhaps could have made different choices—yet recognizing that every experience is a part of our own unique story.

It’s not about believing we were always right, nor is it about living a life entirely free of regrets. It’s about having the courage to take ownership of our decisions, learn from them, and ensure that the past doesn’t rob us of our peace of mind.

There is something powerful in realizing that life doesn’t have to be perfect for us to feel proud of the path we’ve traveled.

Today, I’d like to share my interpretation of this song, hoping that its message resonates with those who listen.

Because, in the end, everyone has a story to tell, their own battles to fight, and their own distinct way of walking through life.
