I got a giant cut on my thumb so I’m gonna leave it to the vlog below! But this week I’m picking tunes from Nine Inch Nails & Foo Fighters (1997 & 1999) + a 1998 bonus tune from the first Queens Of The Stone Age album.

The Foo Fighters & NIN swapped drummers this week so thought I’d showcase em both for #FourTuneFriday on Nineties Friday!

I like the songs from the nineties the most. They are classical and you get to learn a lot. The songs that are being played today have more music and not many words.

I loved Generator, never heard it before, and that Mexicola it’s a banger. The pretentious Trent Reznor has barely ever played The Perfect Drug live, too bad, such a great song. Here goes an underrated one from 99:

I can barley remember these bands, I was starting my career as a nurse at this time and I was just working solid 12 hour shifts and some side hustling building my savings and paying down the mortgage to my new home. I hardly had the time to put on the music. When I did, I'd fall asleep on the bus and miss my stop.
