We are back in the 12-cent range for Hive, which is good. Posts are returning more HP, so it's safer to buy more Hive, for example by exchanging HBD for Hive. So it's a good time to think about the future and accumulate a lot of HP.
We’ll be going much lower, I’d guess we see .06 cents so 50% down more from here. Personally I love Hive platform & community! But price is far from making a bottom. Bitcoin is in a full on bull market still and Hive will go much lower when Bitcoin enters its bear market in 2026/2027. I don’t see many many Hive’ers loading up here, I see many waiting for a much lower bottom personally. We have lost so many users past 24 months and I don’t see us randomly moving higher when the crypto that’s up in bull run goes bear. We’ll go down with it just from a much lower price. !LADY !PIZZA

That's a great analysis. I think there's a good chance that will happen. I believe people are waiting for Hive to drop even further so they can buy more. For example, I'm going to keep an eye on it. If it hits 0.10, I'll buy a little, and if it drops further, I'll buy even more. I want to see if I can trade it when the price goes up or if I should just put it in HP.

You base the downside target for Hive on filling the recent gap down to it?
Not sure that we will get there. Crypto feels like it is chopping at a new higher level before the final bull run and blow off top for this cycle.
Hive isn’t in a bull run, it won’t matter what the bull run tokens do. Hive among many others is down over 50% from its bottom in bear low when Bitcoin touched 15K. A bull top for Bitcoin which I agree isn’t in yet doesn’t equal Hive following up, we’ve seen the opposite and the past 30 months show it. We will go lower in 2026/2027. And I no no say we randomly stop moving lower when Bitcoin & the top tier crypto’s in bull market now turn bear cycle. Hive will be much lower when Bitcoin goes bear. Any pump will be short term. Unfortunately. I don’t like this but it’s just the truth.
Nothing to do with recent gap down. Just that we will go down in bear market part of cycle and 50% is likely. Maybe with market cap being so low certain parties will prop us up from going sub .05 cents but we are going to spend a solid period of time below .10 cents in 2026/2027. I think 50% from here 99% certain. It’s just obvious given where we are now with Bitcoin still above 100K. We’ll see .11 cent handle next few days and .10 cent handle (outside flash crash) for first time since early 2021 very shortly after. And .09 cents when Bitcoin turns bear part of cycle.

Sadly you are right again as the price of Hive continues to decline. Noon PST the price is $0.119. dipping below the 12 cent handle. The number of Posts have also declined.

Yeah, the one thing I wish I was wrong about! Unfortunately called it pretty spot on past 18 months. I do think .05 cents likely during 2026/2027 but with cap so low sub .10 it is possible it’s propped up.
