As some might have seen on my snap, I went a few days ago into a LEGO Star Wars event and it was a blast!

This Anakin Podracer made me recall the old times I used to play in the 2000's a PC game (called Star Wars Episode I: Racer) with some old close friends... I recall having so much fun doing speed records and jump stunts shenanigans. Seeing this again just made my day.

Yes, the Death Star was there too!

Made me instantaneously recall the https://moon.hive.pizza game.

But there was more, from huge cut-off models of the Star Destroyer...

Lots and lots of real scale models for you to feel compared against. Example of Lea with R2-D2 (she'so tinny!).

Or even C-3PO 🤖

And obviously there were many more other real-size models...

Obviously, there were lots of places where you could just build your own LEGO's and even drop your art into the expository place, for anyone to see your stuff. Unsure how many they keep, but judging from what I have dug, they keep the "best ones" and recycle a couple.

At the end of the journey, they have some AR (augmented reality) with some devices that you can glue into the handle of a lightsaber that you can build yourself, and then you can enjoy some 1v1 fights and take some pictures while seeing yourself.

The reason I am not announcing the reward is that, obviously, I don't want to attract idiots. 🤗 And because only the ones that read until here will actually realise it, it's an easy filter for me.

Some of you might have already been aware of the new drop of 5 million ATX on the ATX:SWAP.HIVE pool. That was as planned since the beginning, but NOT planned at all and indeed seen by me as a good surprise was what @centtoken did by adding another distribution... So, thank you for adding this to the ATX:CENT pool!

And because of the almost 1500 ATX added to the distribution without even asking me for anything, I felt like appreciating that gesture and putting my own share from my own pocket too, in order to attract more liquidity to the pool, hopefully. And if you are one of them, any amount is welcome... as always, I appreciate the support, guys!

Fearlessly not being afraid to fail, I know I haven't been doing much lately around this. It has been low-level maintenance. But I haven't changed anything either, degraded or gone away. Nor will I, for as long as I can. You know me; I am here because I want 😀, not because I need.

Having said that... this surprised me... for the positive, obviously, but I really didn't think it would get this far. And yes, I was not thinking it would get very bad too, but this is on the upper side of what I though/designed the pool to be. So, that's an interesting positive outcome from my own observation.

For all that matters, I hope to never cause any problems with all of this, given I don't see myself here in terms of deliverables. But what matters is what people see, verify and believe, and that really makes me super happy because it's part of the vision of why I created this project. To teach in my own image/opinion, allow people to support me, and have a tool I can use for demonstrations while keeping people motivated to learn.

I have also aimed for a design of pool/rewards that would discourage "bad actors" taking advantage. This was because I knew that if I did not do that, the consequences would be inevitable. Plus, I would never feel comfortable inviting people to do or try something when I would feel they could be robbed, while I couldn't avoid or explain it beforehand.

Anyhow, this is a THANK you for all your support. After realising that it was not actually me who made this go this far, but instead all of you, and given the really bad crypto times, that really made me think that it's people that matter. Not so much the economy. When you believe in people, being whatever project it is, things really become different.

This is sort of the main reason I like to be around projects here on Hive. Because I want to believe in people. They are the value of this chain!

OMG, I have been completely absorbed by the SLOTH stuff... It's @sloth.buzz fault, because of how SLOTHy movement the project advances... 🤣

Besides all the initial HIVE short-term rewards hype (which was what triggered me), I really didn't think I could still be playing it, to be honest (it's quite demanding in terms of time, but also quite addictive). It's not clearly because of the amount of rewards on HIVE (yet), given the amounts of reinvestment needed to play the game in "Whale mode". But I think at this point it's proving something I can't even deny... people can get hooked on it, and sometimes it's not just because of a single round; it's more than that.

On top of that, there is a slightly missed economy behind the scenes, driven by the SLOTHBUZZ token, required for you to protect yourself in the game for 8 hours max (and then it has a cooldown period before you can use it again). The tag #slothbuzz on main posts will enable staked SLOTHBUZZ to curate those enabled tag posts. This post is an example.

I also said somewhere this round it would get above 400 HIVE on the leaderboard, but it might actually get above 500 given we are this far ahead already.

NOTE: There is a bug in how many rewards are actually distributed, so if that is not yet solved, the numbers to be distributed below are going to be less than what is shown at the end of the round. Either way, the numbers are gradually rising.

People playing this game should already understand my stance, and before you start firing up, let me explain my point of view.

On games where human behaviour is THE competitive driving factor of fun, if bots or multi-accounts are permitted tools that can reduce the amount of excitement in the game, then I am against it. Multi-account is probably the hard one here, given the nature of blockchain; verifying such is very, very tricky, but bots can be "easily" avoided. Even if you make "accusations" or try to drive whatever your opinion is, it's always something hard to prove or convince people around you of the real truth no one might ever find out about.

And don't take this as a criticism of this game! This problem exists on ANY blockchain games, whether on Hive or not. It's a problem that can only be balanced by decentralisation of incentives and decentivizing the wrong things.

Who shall I attack next? And can you even tell how much fun we are having with the names? :D

Either way, the important aspect of supporting a game, besides protecting the good sides of it, is the attitude players have while playing it, contributing to it (if the case) and sharing it around the right way.

I am not going to comment on any other games this time, but I am going to switch to other games over the next month and let you know in my next post.

I drank a few this weekend, because of F1, because of the fricking vase (warning, sensitive content), and because of realising tomorrow is Monday! LOL

I have also found a new UI made by @sm-silva called Nebulosa.

After this #HPUD I will be targeting roughly another 8-9k HIVE needed to be powered up, in order to reach my target of 130k HP before the end of the year. Given the prices have been moving around more than usual (finnalllyyy!!), I might take action sooner rather than later, before we approach the end of the year.

And finally, yes, I realised I missed @hivefest and the things that stay at HiveFest... that's how it works. If you want to be there, you go there! As simple as that...
