WOO! Wrestling Organization Online: A Series of my Random Thoughts (11) — "Mining for $WOO." 🤑

A Big Hello to all WOO Fans! 🥳🥳🥳 WOO! Here's another trip down WOO memory lane! 🚗💨

Just yesterday, I was talking about how unopened packs were a goldmine of WOO Token generators. I also mentioned that I had some regrets over opening my initial batch of Alpha and Saturn packs since that would mean they no longer qualified for the airdrop.

Well, it was no surprise then that barely 2 weeks later, the WOO team came up with another announcement detailing WOO NFT Mining!

This post explained another feature of WOO NFT cards, in that they could be staked to mine $WOO! Different rarities obviously resulted in different mining rates. Long story short, a player would really want to get one of those special promo wrestlers (Perry Saturn and Raven) as they gave massive mining points.

After doing a quick calculation, I came to the conclusion that mining was a high risk, winner takes all method of generating WOO as compared to holding on to unopened WOO packs. This would make everyone carefully consider whether they wanted to "fight it out" in the mining pool, of which only a set number of people won every hour, or take the guaranteed daily unopened pack airdrop.

I did eventually end up with a combination of both and I think that overall, it was probably the right decision. 🤑🚀📈
