Potential Temporary Minor Delays in the Tip Bot

In a few days the bot is going to be moved to a server. There will also be a watchdog code activation. This may mean temporary disruption/delay to the tip bot. But don't worry. The bot processes transactions retroactively so if it's down when you call it, that tip command will be processed once it's up and running again. It just may take a few hours, or days at most.

I don't expect this to be a big deal. Most probably won't notice anything. I just wanted to give you a head's up in case you notice the bot is not responding or other wacky things. If you do notice anything strange please let me know.

Shortly after the bot is stable in it's new home ,the PIXYDUST bot will launch. I will have more info/exact date on that soon. The goal is the get this bot up and running with the changes first, then move on to the new bot.

We hope (not guaranteed) that the PIXYDUST tip bot will be fully functional before my surgery on April 8th. If for whatever reason that does not happen I expect it to be up and running mid-late April at the latest. There aren't many differences in the two bots, but one never knows with tech.

Oh and if you would like to be a guinea pig (squeak!) for the PIXYDUST bot and receive a tip during testing, please leave a comment below. I will try to get to folks who volunteer by tipping their comments or posts while testing the bot. I expect that testing to be early April.
