[EN/PT] Prevalence Of Lying

He was excited to leave home to work. It was his first career day. He was unsure of what to expect. But, remained excited. Too many expectations in mind, some of which are contradicting with each other. The one thing that he was shocked about is the prevalence of lying.

It was a truth that he could not see. The fake smiles and dishonest compliments are dictating that place. To someone who has been in the office for an hour, that was all invisible. He was warned about masks before. He just ignored it.
In a dark and foggy night, he was looking through the window. He was thinking about this. He was worried that, it was true what has been said. The more worrying thought was, that he became part of it. Or, he was ready for it from the beginning. On the contrary, another idea inhabited him at the same time. Rather, a question. Could not be just the fact that people choose to be pleasant? Is not just being brutally honest rude at times?
