In an almost cinematic scene, the clouds were slowly moving through the dark and blueish sky. The weather is clear to the extent that it feels un-natural. Standing on the shores, looking at the small part of the sea that divides the town in two halves. The half where everyone is at. And the other unknown half with hills all over the place, and people from a different culture that we only know little of. The distance is not far. But, there are so many stories about this sea.

Standing next to the most recent broken boat, looking across to the other half. Wondering, could it be true? Could it be true what is said about this sea? There is something creepy that probably hides beneath the calm sea waters. It remains unanswered and unsolved riddle. So much of darkness is hidden within the beauty of this place. The last of the brave men had given up on crossing the sea. Leaving the rest of the people in town with questions about the place. Just like so many things around them. Maybe, only time will tell and one day will uncover all of this mystery.

Em uma cena quase cinematográfica, as nuvens moviam-se lentamente pelo céu escuro e azulado. O tempo estava tão claro que parecia antinatural. De pé na margem, observando a pequena porção de mar que dividia a cidade em duas metades. A metade onde todos estavam. E a outra metade desconhecida, com colinas por toda parte e pessoas de uma cultura diferente, da qual pouco sabíamos. A distância não era grande. Mas havia tantas histórias sobre esse mar.

Parado ao lado do barco quebrado mais recente, olhando para a outra metade, me perguntava: será verdade? Será que tudo o que dizem sobre esse mar é verdade? Algo sinistro provavelmente se escondia sob as águas calmas. Permanece um enigma sem resposta e sem solução. Tanta escuridão se esconde por trás da beleza deste lugar. O último dos bravos homens desistiu de atravessar o mar, deixando o resto dos habitantes da cidade com perguntas sobre o lugar, assim como sobre tantas outras coisas ao seu redor. Talvez, só o tempo dirá e um dia desvendará todo esse mistério.
