Introvert Talks - Taking The Leap Of Faith

"Introvert Talks" is meant to be a new initiative or theme, where I myself as an introvert, just talk about reflections and thoughts about my life, or maybe share more personal stuff. :)
This is my weekly post under this "Introvert Talks" theme and let's see where it takes me and us.
Time flies - it has been 3 weeks since my last "Introvert Talks" entry. When I started this series, I planned it to be a weekly sharing but I guess the reality is there's not always stuff to talk to week in week out, and over time, it just evolved into something more spontaneous, which was okay I guess.
Of course, some of you would probably know that June was a busy month for me as well. And the busy-ness went on into July, and I hope I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel soon. Aside from all the events happening, I could feel the effect on myself as well. On some days, I had to skip meals or have quick bites due to the packed schedules. On other days, I was just too tired and I didn't have much appetite as well. I was also getting very lesser sleep but fortunately, caffeine is the saviour. Other than these, I think I was coping pretty alright. Over time, I have learnt to manage my stress level and learnt to take things in my stride, letting go of stuff that I have no control, and just focus on the stuff that I have control of.
So that's my little life update.
As an introvert, I do spend a lot of my idle time thinking about life and my future, and one thing that struck me more recently is about taking the leap of faith in life. There are actually many things in life or decisions that we have to take a leap of faith, whether we realise it or not. Unless maths or sciences in school, we will almost always never have 100% of the information and answers to make the decision, and often, we just have to make a judgment call with whatever information we have.
It can be things like:
- settling down with a life partner
- leaving our current job and finding a new job
- calling it quits and selling a business
- or even making an investment in a stock or a crypto
And I also realise that there is a time factor to some of these decisions. If we make our decisions too early with too little information, there is a higher risk that our decisions might turn out badly. On the flipside, if we are hesitant and want to wait for more information or confirmation, the opportunity might slip away by the time we are confident enough to make a decision.
It's never easy to make judgment calls. In a room of 10 people, you can potentially have 5 people agreeing and the other 5 people disagreeing. And sometimes, when necessary, we just need to take a leap of faith, trust our gut feeling, have some confidence in ourselves, and of course, be open-minded to make changes later on.
And the big question I ask myself in my mind is, how do I get the confidence to make these decisions?
Is it from experience?
Is it from courage?
Is it because I have Plan Bs to fall back if things went awry?
Maybe it's a little of everything. I am still in this self reflection process and trying to wonder how my thought process functions for such scenarios, but this has definitely been a fruitful mind exercise for me so far. Hopefully I don't become too addicted to these self reflection moments. :P
So that's all I have! Let me know if you have taken a leap of faith in anything in your life and what made you do that?

You have to Take care of yourself! You have to eat.You have to take care of yourself and eat properly.
You have to make time to relax your mind and nourish your body, and you'll perform better and tire less.
On the other hand, take the time you need to think carefully about all the topics you're talking about, as they're quite serious. Don't rush it, gather as much information as possible and analyze it thoroughly. If possible, seek professional help.
Thanks for the kind message and your care and concern! Appreciate it! Yeah I will take care of myself!
