My Actifit Report Card: September 24 2026
Peace be upon you all my Actifit friends,
Here is today’s activity report:
It was a rough Thursday. I started work after breakfast but wasn’t feeling well; my head began hurting after a short time in front of the screen. Bright light and noise made it worse, and the pain turned into a migraine that I hadn’t had in a couple of months. I spent most of the day resting and trying to stay away from screens because they made the pain worse.
By evening, things started to ease a bit, though I was still sensitive to bright light. I took some painkillers, which helped, and later at night I felt well enough to go outside. I wasn’t aiming for 10k steps; I just wanted to get some fresh air. The weather was okay, so I went on a casual walk, took several breaks, and completed the route in about three hours.
I still have a little pain, but I’m hopeful it’ll be gone by morning.
