New Reward Contract for EPAY / SWAP.HBD Liquidity Pool
In the last blog from @pept-earn treasury account, there was a focus of making EPAY a stable token on Hive. The idea was to peg the token where approximately 1,000 EPAY would be equivalent to One Canadian dollar.

After much work in learning and executing strategies to achieve a stable coin, it was decided to abandon the idea. So now the value of EPAY will be more or less set by PEPT treasury account.
Because of the amount of time and effort taken to reach this decision, The PEPT Game Economy series was put on pause.
Today, we get updated on the progress for our PEPT ecommerce token before we get back to our blog series.

From the chart, EPAY is trading around 0.019 Hive. This means 1,000 tokens is worth about one US dollar.
EPAY / SWAP.HBD Liquidity Pool
We have a good start at growing our liquidity pool. Total Value Locked(TVL) is currently at $307.66 and it is mostly from operational accounts for The PEPT Game.

In the next image I show the two reward distribution contracts attached to our EPAY:SWAP.HBD pool.
The first distribution contract is for some ROI tokens. The contract period is for 360 days and distributes 1 ROI per day. In the PEPT game, ROI means Realm of Ideas. One(1) ROI is currently valued around 20 Hives. This is a great incentive for providing liquidity. Everyday, you have the choice to sell some ROI and lower your cost of providing liquidity. Or, hold your ROI to see what the future has to offer for players who accumulate ROI.
The second contract is for 3 years of daily rewards. With this contract you earn some EPAY tokens that you can pair with some SWAP.HBD to grow your share of the EPAY / SWAP.HBD Liquidity Pool. Following this strategy is a perfect example of a Perpetual Economic Power Terraformer activity.
At some point I expect to add a 5 year contract.
The PEPT Game Economy
As a PEPT game player, if you are active on ePayTraffic you can earn rewards based on your activity on the site. Activity rewards get converted to EPAY tokens. Also evolving is ePayMiner where you will be able to mine tokens based on activities and achievements.
So you can earn EPAY tokens or you can buy EPAY tokens. In addition to being able to add EPAY to a liquidity pool, you can spend them on products and services. For example, buy advertising, membership upgrades and access tools and service to boost your daily productivity.
What's Next
The plan is to continue building the ePayMiner site and gradually integrate the ePayTraffic operation into the PEPT platform and ecosystem. In future blogs you will see more and more references to POSI. Proof of Self Improvement
With POSI integration, PEPT players will be able to leverage and boost return because of their achievement within the PEPT community and ecosystem. For example, every PEPT player is expected to hold a minimum of one(1) PEPTide Value Added token to qualify for SWAP.HIVE distribution from PEPT @toofuneh Reward Pool account.
As I learn more from using Claude AI to code the many process workflows and API modules, I am building and testing new ideas in a localhost environment. Once the QA tests are passed the code is moved to the production server.
