How long have you been doing the sound wave therapy. Are you using it for rest, recovery and or injury? We just got a tuning fork @consciouscat !LUV s it.

Most of the times I do it to create some mindspace after an intense therapy session.

Rather than a powernap which disrupts my nights - I do NSDR (no sleep deep rest) sessions daily. On regular days +/- 20 min, intense days 40 - 50 min. Now for about 2 years I think

For example I found this album work pretty well without risking sleep (spotify)
