This Friggin Heat Wave
I'm supposed to live in a mild climate.

People don't think of SoCal as "mild" but when you live next to the water on a hill, the breeze always does this something that makes everything light and breezy.
But... some new kind of frontal something or other is making the beach hot and the "breeze" is actually like 90 degree heat blowing on your face.
The remodeled houses have air conditioning. I have... fans, fans that blow hot air.

Growing up here, we used to get 1-2 of these days every 2-3 years, but now we get them in 5-10 day increments, what seems like a lot of times per year.
Some research (ok, AI use) told me that I'm about to have 25 of these hell like climate change events every year.
Sounds like I need air conditioning. I guess I'm ready to be one of those "remodeled" houses.
I fight stuff like air conditioning because it uses up too many resources, but in 100 degree weather, it seems like I need it for survival.

I want to be a "hot grandma" when my time comes, but... not this type of "hot."

I'm still on my journed to 20.000 HIVE but I'm too hot to count.
That really sounds quite tough! 😊 I hope that refreshing, cool seaside breeze returns very soon. Until then, keep cool and take care. Sending lots of love! ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for the well wishes.
