Starting in WoW, from level 1 to 14

Years ago, when I was a teenager, I was a huge fan of this game. However, when I became an adult, I stopped playing it, so this is my return to the great game I loved and missed. I hope you enjoy my weekly journey.

I've always been part of the Horde, so my character is a blood elf, and I created him as a hunter. I named him "Jeaf" since those are the initials of my first and last names. I customized his features and hair and eye colors; I like this style, although the armor he's wearing is just an example, since I started with more basic clothing items.

This whole new world is new to me. I started on a ship, where they taught me certain techniques as practice. Then, in a cutscene, the ship crashed into an island where my adventure begins. After doing some rescue and aid missions, I was able to tame a wild goat and made it my companion, since as a hunter I have that skill. I hope to tame some more interesting beast soon.

One of the first missions was to investigate the skies and discover the whereabouts of the warlord's daughter, so while flying I dropped bombs on the enemies and the boss was able to reunite with her daughter, although I also defeated a sorcerer with an arrow.

In other missions I had to fight a huge bear, help a spiritual entity to free itself in exchange for a blessing of speed in movement, go into a cave full of spiders to rescue other friends, and transform into an ogre to infiltrate the ogre base in order to rescue another companion.

Then I went into a dungeon to finish off the island's enemies. I killed a couple of ogres and sorcerers, who were summoning an evil dragon. Despite defeating the bad guys, the dragon managed to revive and attack us, so I had to destroy it.

Finally, after completing all these missions, I flew to the Horde capital, Orgrimmar. There, I realized I had leveled up from 1 to 14 very quickly. The whole island thing was training to practice techniques and how to play; it was actually very helpful since I remembered almost nothing about how the game worked.

My new adventure will begin in the big city, but for now I'll leave it here and hope to keep leveling up each time I show you my progress. I'm excited to feel the thrill of playing WoW again, and I hope you enjoyed my progress..
