Demonstrating Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)
I waited 7 days as part of a cooling period and to digest the impact of my problem solving account reputation being lowered to a negative value.
I have spent time learning how the reward pool works and looking at the activities of those accounts that downvoted my published content.
Some may say that I am making a mountain from a mole hill while others think I should just ignore downvotes and keep plugging away.
I say, Thank God for freedom of choice. Ooops, I just remembered that a whale downvoted me for using the lords name in vane. It's true, and I can provide a link to it if your interested,
So last week was my 4th crossroad for my project evolution on Hive. The first one was a religious judgement from a Christian Hiver. This was odd to me since my life started as a Roman Catholic Christian. Back in the 1950's where I live, our province was deeply separated because of religion and language. In fact, there was a time when it was illegal to speak French and practice a Roman Catholic faith. You wee expected to follow the King James version of Christianity.
In the 1960's my 7 seven sisters and one brother experienced a lot of what I now call, negative energy because we were one of a few French families in an English community. Interestingly, about 200 years before, my ancestors had settled the same area on First Nation land and learned to trade and share agriculture knowledge. But everything changed when Kings from Europe decided that colonization was a good thing to do. Well, it is a horrible thing to do and sadly evidence of it exist today in many parts of the world. It's a 2-FA-K problem.
Fast forward to today, Canada is making great progress in addressing the harm caused by previous generations. More progress is being made now because there has been an admission of the problem. You have to define the problem and players have to agree, for the most part before you can find a more equitable and appropriate solution.
One of the ways I decided to address feedback related to culture and belief systems, was to publish a set of Principles and Beliefs for "The PEPT Game" project. I called it @FJism and I created a website https://FJism.ca to publish 7 guiding principles for our evolving PEPT community. I provided just enough that I could use for my own guidance going forward. It is not a religious doctrine. It addresses core human values and includes a brief understanding of subatomic particles and waves. When I was younger, an electron was a particle and computers operated using a binary system of ones and zeros. Today, electrons can be waves and computer data can be zero, one, both or anything in between.
So when I say, I am not religious, it does not mean I am demonic or a Satan follower. However, we can all create our own reality so I accept you can downvote my content just because you can.
Having researched many belief systems, and with my continued interest in Quantum Mechanics, I have adopted that I am for the most part, all spiritual and that my favorite subatomic particle is a Neutrino. Yeah, it can be a wave under certain condition.

This brings me back to our PEPT problem solving game piece. It is one element of many in a complicated model. Creating a White Paper to explain some tokenomics behind a token use case is wasteful and most confusing. First, the goal is not about seeking investors and paying a return on investment to token holders. I am not against the idea for some projects publishing a White Paper. I read many White Papers and the math I often see does not add up to real returns. It is often wishing thinking, speculation with some incentive to seek funding for a project.
My approach is that I play a game, have fun and the by-product of my fun is digital assets that can be shared with other PEPT game players. As more Hivers adopt PEPT philosophy 101, "Learn Before You Earn" anything, I hope to influence change on Hive in a positive way. That is my raison d'être on Hive.
Today is the day that the Department of Justice in USA releases all the Epstein's files. The fact that we have waited this long, and the files may not get released is an obvious #TooFuckeh problem. What has happened to a community that makes the raping of a child a low priority in a political game?
And, there is the gunboat policy used by US military. We are seeing the murdering of people within international waters because someone thinks they are sending Weapons of Mass Destruction on US soil. This is #TooFuckeh
