when it's festival time in town the idol of the main temple is paraded along the main road. the street is painted with various appropriate designs and long lines of orange pennants are suspended above along the route. while the festival runs for 9 days the decorations are prepared well in advance and last until well after the parade which is one of the main events. there is lots could be said about the festival but since this is a shadow hunters post i shall limit my focus to the shadows of the pennants cast on the decorated street
