It's very similar weather to here. Almost sound like the exact same, and looks the same too!
How do you keep the cold air from causing pain or discomfort in your airways and lungs?

Yeah Denmark looks quite alike! Can’t wait to explore it there aswell!
Yeah, protecting the lungs is important with these temperatures! My approach is to wear 2 layers of shirts (one long sleeved) and not push too hard. If I would do a real tempo run right now or even a strong interval, I would ask too much of my lungs. Staying at a pace where you would be able to talk normally would be a good indicator of a safe pace!

That is good to know. Indicators like that are worth a lot! Due to my poor lungs, I got shortbreathed just by walking and talking if I walk at a decent pace 😂
