Cinema night and injury

I went out with a few friends. We met at a bar and started out by having a few drinks and some beers.

Old fashioned was the drink. It was actually quite good. We followed it up by having 2 x 1 litres beers each and then went to the cinema.

When we arrived there was about 15 minutes to the movie started, so we decided to grab 2 Italian beers each - just to taste them. They were quite good.

The movie

We went to see the new Resident Evil, which premiered September 17th here in Denmark.

I like the franchise in general, so I had my hopes high - possibly too high.

I left the cinema with a feeling of disappointment. Although, it reminded me of one of the animated movies they've made, I don't remember which one.

The actor, Austin Abrams, was quite good - lots of credit to him for his performance! I don't remember having seen him in other movies or series (and I just checked... I haven't seen any of the stuff he has been in). So that was a positive 😆

2nd movie

I do think that there will be another release of the RE franchise.

Will I go watch it?? I don't know. It depends on the trailer I guess. At least I know what to expect, unlike this time 🤣
