Inktober 10: Mystical

So I missed a few days but I'm back! -ish? The weekend was a little busy for me bacause it was my sister's 18th birthday and here, it's a bit of a big deal.
I'm gong to make this quick because I really just rushed this tonight and I need to start a new one in a bit xD

So the 10th prompt is Mystical and I just thought of magic mushrooms because these things are mystical af and give you that illusion so why not XD

Materials: ink, colored pens, acrylic pens
Duration: 2.5 hours

So I did this in between my chores in the dorm because I had a bit left since I left in a rush last week. What can I say, planning birthdays this big is not my forte and hosting an event fo kids certainly isn't my thing XD but o well, a least at some point in all of the happenings of the weekends, I still ot to pick up a pen and I still got to draw a little.

So I started with a colored ink layer UwU an mad as much detail as I could already because I was thinking that if painting is the only thing I can do today, then so be it.

But amidst all the drinking with he family, they did kind of ended up entertaining themselves and that gave me a lot of peace

I did start doing a pen layer with the yellow and orange at first because I really wanted to give it that glowy effect.Then I built up shadows so the glow could be empahsized. I eventually worked in a brown, black and a darker green layer just to build up that gradient

Then finally I had my orange an yellow acrylic pens that gave me that glow UwU and it really gave this one a lot of life so I am happy with howthis one turned out too. It may not be the best so far but it is the shiniest ad gowiest one I haveso far and I count it as something
