Workout "George" und Flohmarkt am Sonntag (GER/ENG)
Hallo liebe Hivians!
Heute morgen war ich wieder zum Crossfit und habe dort das Workout "George" gemacht, bestehend aus
800 Meter Laufen
5 x 20 Squats
5 x 20 Burpees
5 x 20 Sit-Ups
5 x 20 Push-Ups
800 Meter Laufen
Hierfür habe ich ca. 35 Minuten gebraucht. Da meine Uhr die Strecke nich aufgezeichnet hat, habe ich heute nicht so viele Schritte gesammelt und daher gibt es heuteeinen normalen und keinen Actifit-Beitrag.
Am Nachmittag gab es in einem Nachbardorf noch einen Flohmarkt des dortigen Heimatvereins. Überwiegend gab es dort tatsächlich nur alten Rummel der für uns nicht interessant war. Doch einer der dortigen Verkäufer war ein totaler Bat-Man-Fan, der einige seiner Sammlerstücke aussortiert hat. Hier konnte ich tatsächlich eine neue Figur für meine Sammlung finden.
Außer der Figur gab es auch noch einen ganzen Haufen von Comics und Bat-Mobilen. Eigentlich stehen die nicht auf meiner Sammelliste aber da mir die sehr günstig angeboten wurden, habe ich dann doch noch 2 Stück mitgenommen.
Ich muss noch recherchieren, von welcher Marke die "Bat-Mobile" sind, und ob ich tatsächlich einen angemessenen Preis dafür bezahlt habe. Trotzdem bin ich erst einmal zufrieden mit dem Kauf. Da die Flohmärkte in den Wintermonaten weniger werden, werde ich wohl bis zum nächsten Frühjahr warten müssen, bis es wieder neue Figuren für mich gibt.
Oder ich schaue mich doch einmal auf Ebay um.

This morning I went to CrossFit again and did the “George” workout, consisting of

It took me about 35 minutes to complete the workout. Since my watch didn't record the distance, I didn't collect as many steps today, so today's post is a normal one and not an Actifit post.
In the afternoon, there was a flea market in a neighboring village organized by the local heritage association. Most of the items there were actually just old junk that wasn't interesting to us. But one of the sellers there was a huge Batman fan who was selling off some of his collectibles. I was actually able to find a new figure for my collection there.
In addition to the figure, there was also a whole bunch of comics and Batmobiles. They're not actually on my collection list, but since they were offered to me at a very reasonable price, I ended up taking two of them.
I still need to research what brand the “Batmobiles” are and whether I actually paid a reasonable price for them. Nevertheless, I'm happy with my purchase for now. Since there are fewer flea markets in the winter months, I'll probably have to wait until next spring to find new figures.
Or I might take a look on eBay.
